Maple Meal Prep is a locally woman owned business in Charlotte, NC. They provide all the meals you could ever need with options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and even family style meals!
Maple Meal Prep has 2 rules it lives by
1) They only use ingredients you and I can read and understand
2) Nothing leaves the kitchen that is not delicious.
Kate, the head chef and owner, has a deep passion for delicious food. She has travelled all across the country experiencing the local foods and flavors.
Kate has now taken that passion to her own kitchen with a healthy flair! She has suffered with GI issues her entire adult life, but still wanted to experience delicious tasting food.
With her past experiences and her knowledge as a nutritionist; she has curated meals that taste as good as they make you feel.
